I engaged his service on 15/12/2022 to fix my side gate. It was just a simple fix and he was not hesitant to show me how to fix it, though it could jeopardize his income. Since it was a pretty simple fix, he also gave me a discount of $10 without me asking for it.

Vincent was very helpful in fixing my parents’ lock at such short notice especially 2 days just before CNY! Most companies have stopped worked for the CNY already and it wasn’t easy to find a good and reliable locksmith.
