I lost my letterbox key and found this blog while looking for locksmith services. Enquired on Sunday (25 June) and received a reply on the morning of the next day.
Had a discussion with Mr Vincent through WA and he and his assistant came over after finishing his previous service call. All in all it took about 1 hour from the time he replied to my message until the lock replacement was done (which itself took less than 5mins).
