I am amazed by Vincent Locksmith's honesty and kind assistance. I found them through Google's good reviews. The lock of... a bedroom door in my house was stuck and cannot be opened from the outside except with a key. The occupier had been accidentally locked out of her room. I emailed Vincent at night for a quotation and attached a photo of the lock. Next morning Jean emailed me asking whether the lock is currently open or still locked. I called to inform her that the lock has been opened by key, and asked whether they can come to repair or replace the lock. To my surprise, she said as the lock is open, she will send me a video to fix it myself as it was a good lock and can be easily fixed. I enlisted Vincent's help to open a bathroom door for me that was stuck closed. I messaged him on WhatsApp and he... replied as soon as his opening hours started (at 10am), and asked questions about the condition of the lock, and established very quickly that the lock was broken. He then arranged a visit and came within 2 hours, and when he arrived he managed to open the door within 5 minutes by drilling into the lock. He also cleaned up after himself, removing any shards of metal from the ground. Overall I was very happy with the service, Vincent was very quick to respond and resolved the issue very quickly. Felt extremely fortunate to have found Vincent via Google, when the lock on my main door suddenly decided to reject the... key, and I was not able to gain entry. Vincent texted and called ahead of the appointment, arrived on time and fixed the issue in no time. Not only did he not leave after I was able to enter my home, he stayed and DISMANTLED the whole lock, cleaned it up, gave tips on maintenance AND a 'crash course' on the types of lock and bolt, before he graciously accepted payment and left. *Touch wood* I will not have to face issues any time soon, but if me/family/friends need locksmith service, I will surely contact Vincent again for his trustworthy, reliable and impeccable service!!read more

Called Vincent on the 4th day of the Chinese New Year, after some google search and having read so many good comments... about his service. He was obviously in the midst of work yet he answered my call very patiently. His quotation for opening a spoiled lock was reasonable and his response was fast. While working at my place, we heard him advise some customer to save money by seeking free help from the town council rather than engaging him at a cost.
